Left our peaceful anchorage to transit the infamous C & D Canal to Delaware Bay. Our passage was uneventful with no freighters for us to deal with. What luck! The freighters were behind us…we heard the radio chat.

The Delaware Bay was very rough today. No wonder no boats were out! Happy to have made it. Next time I’ll check wind swells.
