Enjoyed a peaceful day on the Illinois River…our last as we meet up with the Mighty Mississippi tomorrow. Our boating friends pushed ahead.

Came acrossed a dredging vessel at work.

Keeping the channel deep enough for barges.

Seeing folks enjoy their river location & adapting.
Passed several bridges today.
Spectacular day. So beautiful.
Kampsville car ferry. Back and forth. What next for us?
Found a recommended anchorage.
John working on keeping the anchor chain centered.
