Bought a small travel kit from the Albury Sail Shop. The 9th generation family still works the shop, sewing and selling the bags. Matches the color of the Bahamian turquoise blue water. Enjoyed the Atlantic Ocean side.. so turquoise blue! Gorgeous !
Challenge today was the “Whale Cut” . Narrow shallow channel into the Atlantic Ocean which the locals warn could “Rage” if conditions aren’t right with large dangerous swells. Swells come over this cay at times. Scary. Our conditions were 4 foot waves
Loyalist Sculpture Garden in New Plymouth – the old 1786 loyalist colony… Americans who fled the States and stayed loyal to the British after the American Revolution sought refuge in Bahamas. The garden highlights 23 Bahamians from the different local islands. Cottage

Bike rode the 3 mile Island to visit New Plymouth, 1786 when Loyalists started a new colony. Some houses have not been rebuilt since Hurricane Dorian 2019…and Covid… Fortunately the grocery store has been rebuilt. Today the supply ship came in…lots of
Really calm morning leaving our anchorage at Manjack Cay. Staying at the Green Turtle Cay Marina for a few days to enjoy the Island. Blue Yonder all settled in her slip. Fishing is popular here. Cleaning the catch of the day. Tossing
Stayed an extra day and night here. Fun relaxing. Visited the beach with hiking available. John giving it a try at splitting a coconut. Machete available on the beach. Coconut Beach this way. Onto Green Turtle Cay tomorrow… Cay pronounced Key here.
Today was a quick 9 mile cruise from Powell Cay to Manjack Cay in an hour or so time. Most of our cruising will be short now as we plan to visit Green Turtle Cay, Treasure Cay, Marsh Harbor, Hopetown and a
