It was a beautiful day on the coast of SC. We enjoyed good weather with good currents that pushed us along. The Intracoastal Waterway had far less twists and turns which made navigating easier. Lots of marshes and long docks were seen along the way. We anchored in Georgetown, another historic town. Enjoyed seeing many homes.
Thanks for all the updates, including the photos. Stephen Foster started writing the song “Way Down Upon The Pee Dee River” but it just didn’t sound right. The Pee Dee river flows by Georgetown.
