Cracked conch, a Bahamian favorite…pounded to tenderize, fried, grilled or cooked in foil. Fried is the all-time favorite method.
Spicey wings is another Bahamian favorite food.
Conch Quest… Conch is pronounced konk. Just like Cay is pronounced Key like Key West.. Old maps did have the Key spelling at one time.
