John bringing up the anchor in the morning.
Beautiful Florida along the Indian River.
Arrived in Vero Beach and rented a mooring ball for $20.
Met up with good friends from Atlanta that just bought a 2006 Kadey-Krogen 44 foot trawler like ours and were in the area.
Next thing we know…bad thunderstorm around…dingied back to the boat in time…
Winds to 70 mph with hail! Boats rocking and rolling! Lasted about 30 minutes…we were ok.
Two sailboats rafted together on one mooring ball lifted the mooring ball and drifted under the bridge and got stuck. Pulled out finally.
Always an adventure. Grateful again…
What a few exciting days. Wrote another comment but don’t know if I got it sent.
Blue Yonder seems to be pretty sturdy.
