Columbus, Mississippi to anchorage in AL – 59 mi day. Wed. Nov 2. Posted on November 2, 2022November 3, 2022 by Blue Yonder Making our way to Mobile Bay! Beautiful start for the day. Made the 1st lock, Stennis Lock right away. One 30 foot Sea Ray with us. Relaxing, sunny, quiet day cruising the Tenn- Tombigbee. Many pretty houses along the way. Some places with lots of character. Tiki Bar. Working areas along the banks, too. Stopped early today after two locks and 59 miles and found an anchorage, Warsaw Cutoff, mile 274, all by ourselves. Had to get the dingy off the fly bridge and exercise her. 🙂 Tomorrow on to Demopolis, Alabama, the final marina to fuel, re -provision…before several days of anchorage until Mobile.
