Calm winds and seas made a run up Georgian Bay enjoyable. We saw one boat only on our 80 + mile day. Quiet, long day taking turns at the helm. Arrived at our destination to find other vessels here.Surrounding terrain. Another small craft wandered into the channel.
Anchored for the night. Serene, private, wonderful.

Long day at sea! Quiet evening, peaceful… God must feel so close!
Yes, long day at sea especially if our fastest pace is 8- 9 mph. Set the navigation course and keep an eye on it. Take turns monitoring the charts. With the right equipment and weather, it can work well.

Big day! 10 hrs 19 mins and 83.1 miles! Good stamina!
Good that you know how to navigate well. I would have gotten lost on those big waters!
Thank you. John worked on the electronics and screens during the winter and I worked on learning to read charts. 🙂
