A big HELLO to you in my former neck of the woods! We hiked on some of those mountains with the youth group on the Hudson. My dad also took us Herring fishing on the Hudson. I hope you got to eat at the Culinary Institute. I have several friends that went to school there.
One man was the dessert chef their and came from my moms home town Nagold.
