A barge came close to us while anchored here near the Lighthouse.
Took the dingy to the Tahiti Beach sandbar to relax and enjoy Sunday afternoon.
“Thirsty Cuda” pontoon boat was there serving sesame conch bites, hamburgers 🍔, rum punch drinks…
Set up our portable sun tent ⛺ 😎.
Fun time visiting with fellow boaters.
Dingied back to Blue Yonder. Tomorrow planning to cruise the hour, 8 miles, to Marsh Harbor, the 3rd largest city in all the Bahamas.
Another gorgeous day in paradise! Cheeseburgers in paradise…
Did the barge stay around for the night?
The barge was passing by… not really a problem, just unusual.
The sandbar is fun. We enjoyed Hopetown and area very much.
Scary about the barge getting close to you!
The sand is so beautiful and white. Is it soft?
We did take notice of the barge. The sandbar, named Tahiti Beach is a favorite. Fun to have the pontoon boat Thirsty Cuda to provide music, drinks and food…everyday.
