Started at 6 a.m. for the 26 mile Mobile Bay crossing. Except for 2 fishing boats, crossing was quiet. Greeted by dolphins when we entered Gulf Shores, Alabama. Passed Lulu’s restaurant, sister of Jimmy Buffet. We passed three barges today…Many homes on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. Arrived in Pensacola for the Blue Angels’ Show. Viewed the air show from our boat.John’s Air Force C- 130 plane, but this one is on the Navy’s Blue Angel Team.Amazing show for Veteran’s Day. Making good progress.Nice anchorage and sunset.

You are almost to where I lived when I was there for Flight School. When you pass Navarre Beach, give a wave for me. That was the best/easiest job I ever had, getting paid to live by the beach and go fly each day!
